First off, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting our business. 

We are still open, operating and working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible.

Freight delays are to be expected due to all businesses needing to comply with COVID 19 social distancing laws, therefore working with very limited numbers of staff on hand.

In addition there are no passenger planes coming in, so we must wait for freight planes to fill up. Many airports are not allowing any planes, so the air freight routes being taken are longer than usual.

We only use Express methods of shipping to bring our freight in (UPS / FEDEX & DHL Express), however delays are still to be expected.

On average, most orders will be 2 weeks longer than the lead times noted in the product description.
Please only send an email if your order is already 2 weeks late and we will of course be more than happy to look into it for you :)
